1. Exchange Policy

– Exchange is only applicable if the product has a manufacturing defect, is broken, or scratched, and must be identified at the time of purchase.

– If you are unable to bring the product back immediately, you must inform us via email at support@cyberaction.com.pk with your invoice number and a short description of the issue.

– The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

– If the product was delivered to a different city, we will arrange for an exchange, but the customer will bear the shipping cost to send the item back.

– Please contact our customer support for return shipping guidance.

2. Refund Policy

– Refunds are only applicable if the product you receive does not match the description, specifications, or images provided on our website (e.g., incorrect model or replica).

– In such cases, you are not required to keep the product, and a full refund will be issued.

– You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing support@cyberaction.com.pk with your invoice details.

– Refunds will be processed after we receive and verify the returned product.
